эк. тр., юр. конвенция "О принудительном труде" № 29, 1930 г. (конвенция Международной организации труда; обязывает государства упразднить применение принудительного труда во всех его формах в возможно кратчайший срок; определяет принудительный труд как всякую работу или службу, требуемую от какого-л. лица под угрозой наказания, если только данное лицо не предложило свои услуги добровольно; не применяется в отношении некоторых видов принудительного труда, которые допустимы при определенных условиях и ограничениях; использование принудительного труда разрешено, напр., в связи с чрезвычайными (непреодолимыми) обстоятельствами: в силу законов об обязательной военной службе, для работ чисто военного характера, для работы, обязательной в силу судебного приговора)
